The Sunday Parenting Party

Welcome to this week’s edition of The Sunday Parenting Party. Thanks to everyone who linked up last week. Once again there were so many inspirational, helpful posts but if you didn’t get a chance to catch them, then these are just a few that you don’t want to miss.

Mummy Musings and Mayhem – Not Perfect Ye But We Are Getting There! A beautiful post from Jode at Mummy Musings and Mayhem about her family’s journey in meeting the challenges of developmental delays and sensory processing disorder. Jode writes with honesty, humour and positivity. Her strength and positivity certainly shine through in this post.

Happy Whimsical Hearts – Family Meals A lovely post from Kelly at Happy Whimsical Hearts about her family’s journey to bring back the family meal and the positive changes this move has brought to her family.

The Good Long Road – When Your Kid is “That” Kid Jennifer at the Good Long Road shared a post that I could certainly relate to – when you’ve made judgements of other parents before you had children of your own, only to find out the hard way how things really are. Read how Jennifer handled things when her child wasn’t acting like himself and was suddenly “that kid” in front of other parents. Haven’t we all been there?

Thank you again to everyone who linked up. If you’ve been featured this week, please feel free to grab a Sunday Parenting Party “Ive been featured” button from my sidebar. I’m looking forward to reading everyone’s posts again this week.

Now to this week’s linky.

We invite you to link up your parenting posts, old or new, humorous or heartfelt, and as many as you like. We ask that you don’t link up kids activities. This linky is purely for posts about parenting. If you do have a kids activity to link up, pop on over to The Weekly Kids’ Co-op. We would love to see you link up there.

  1. Thanks for featuring my post and for hosting such a great link-up. It is a wonderful resource and Sunday is the perfect day for it — a nice day for reflection and setting intentions for the following week. I was not sure if it was okay to share my post, since it was not recent, but I really felt like a lot of parents could relate. I am glad that you saw that too! Thanks again for sharing!!

  2. I simply want to mention I’m newbie to blogging and site-building and really liked you’re web site. Very likely I’m going to bookmark your blog . You definitely come with superb stories. Thanks a bunch for sharing with us your website page.
